Taiwan is a real gem in East Asia with a lot going on. The capital Taipei is full of bustling night markets, Chinese temples and friendly people. As with many prosperous East Asian places, it’s incredibly safe here. Outside the capital you can also find some fantastic nature spots. Taiwan is great.
